Army Spec. Nicholas B. Dyches has graduated from Basic Combat Training at Fort Leonard Wood, Waynesville, Mo.During the nine weeks of training, the soldier received instruction in drill and ceremony, weapons, rifle marksmanship qualification, bayonet combat, chemical warfare, field training and tactical exercises, marches, military courtesy, military justice, physical fitness, first aid, and Army history, traditions, and core values.He is the brother of Austin Dyches of Kansas, Norman, Okla., and son of Donna and Heyward Dyches of Hacienda Drive, Pottsboro, Texas.Dyches graduated in 2002 from Stillwater High School, Okla., and received a bachelor's degree in 2007 from Berklee College of Music, Boston, Mass.Source: Armed Forces News Services
