Civilian Eric R. Beyus

December 15, 2010(FHTNC)--Civilian Eric R. Beyus, son of Holly A. Beyus of Burlington, Conn., recently enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps under the Delayed Entry Program at Military Entrance Processing Station, Boston, Ma. The program allows recruits to enter the Marine Corps and take up to one year to complete prior commitments such as high school. Using recruiter as mentors, this program helps recruits ease into the transition from civilian to military life. Beyus will be completing his senior year at Wamogo Regional High School.
