Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston Elect Bill Moran to Board of Overseers

On October 4, 2011, Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston held their 117th Annual Meeting. Two Directors and 15 Overseers were elected to the Board, including Bill Moran, a resident of Boston.

Bill Moran is an Associate with Bass, Doherty & Finks P.C., a boutique Boston law firm where he specializes in individual and family estate planning, as well as establishing, advising and structuring both internal and external succession plans for closely held businesses. Previously, Mr. Moran was an Associate with Maselan & Jones, P.C., where he practiced in the Corporate, Estate Planning and Estate Administration areas of law. He received his B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross and his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. Mr. Moran is a member of the Boston Estate Planning Council, the Boston Bar Association's Trust and Estate New Developments Committee, and the Trust and Estate Consortium. He currently sits on the Leadership Committee of BGCB’s Friends Council, of which he was a Founding Co-Chair. Mr. Moran is married and has one child.
