Red, White and Blue on Highland

This 4th of July, Blue on Highland located in Needham, Massachusetts, is celebrating America’s Independence and the official start of summer with a special “Red, White and Blue on Highland” food and drink menu offered from July 1st through July, 8th, 2012. The special menu depicting the colors of the flag, will be offered as a 3-course prix fixe menu for $33 per person, or served a la carte for those wanting lighter fare.

Split into three sections, each category features a cocktail, appetizer, entrée and dessert representing that particular color on the flag. Guests can indulge in their favorite “red items” such as a summer salad with fresh tomatoes and shrimp spiedini served over cous cous, or mix and match with “blue”, “white” and “red” favorites such as New England clam chowder with the steak frites served with blue cheese butter, finished off with Berkshire berry ice cream for dessert. Cocktails will be served a la carte.
