Party 'til the Cows Come Home!

In response to a 911 call, police were deployed to my friend Diane's home on Main Street in Boxford recently to round up a herd of cows who showed up in her back yard. A small group of friends were sitting around a campfire in the back yard when a few oreo cows sauntered up to their table and proceeded to sip beer from their cups. After imbibing all the beer, the police, along with a handful of neighbors were able to entice the black and white beauties out to the street, escorting them about a mile up the road safely back to their home. This story taught me first hand the meaning of the phrase "party 'til the cows come home!"
