Fridays in the Rose: Jazz Friday with The Brian Fitzpatrick Trio

Start February off swinging with a Jazz version of `Fridays in the Rose’ at the Manninen Center for the Arts, Endicott College, 376 Hale Street, Beverly. The Brian Fitzpatrick Trio includes Endicott College faculty member Brian Fitzpatrick, piano; Dave Zox, bass; and Dave Ellis, drums. This trio's idiomatic grooves and harmonies create unique landscapes of sound. Feel the joy from each player’s solos bringing musical sophistication without sacrificing attention to form and structure.



The group will perform Friday, February 1, 2013 from 12:00-1:50 p.m. for free with a light appetizer reception to follow. Fridays in the Rose is a series featuring music in the “delightful new performing arts theater with wonderful acoustics for performers and audiences alike.” (Musical Intelligencer, 2010). Each performance is designed to give audiences a taste of the sublime in just enough time to listen and grab a bite during lunch hour!
